Sandy Point Disc Golf Ranch

Sandy Point Resort is located in the Northwoods of Wisconsin and is among the finest operated and family-owned vacation facilities of the Minocqua area.

It has seven unique accommodations, including exquisite lake homes and traditional Northwoods cabins.

Sandy Point offers many on-site opportunities, including swimming, boating, basketball, beach volleyball, and a professionally-designed disc golf course, which is excellent for any disc golfer.

There is a pro shop and an online store that feature the latest in disc golf accessories, equipment, jewelry, books, and more.

Rollin Ridge

This 18-hole course was established in 2011. It is open year-round and requires players to pay an affordable fee – only $5 per day. You can also buy an annual pass that costs $80 if you head over to the course regularly.

Each hole has three sets of baskets and tees, allowing for various shots.  Multiple tees make it a great course for golfers of all skill levels to enjoy the game!

Rookery Run

The Rookery Run is an 18-hole disc golf course and part of the Newbold Outdoor Recreation Area, Newbold, Wisconsin. It is partially located on a landfill that closed about 40 years ago. 

Benches, picnic tables, privy trash, and recycling receptacles are included on the premises. You can find three monarch way stations near or on the way to fairways for holes three, five, and six.

Silver Creek Park

The well-acclaimed Silver Creek Park delivers an impressive course with twenty-seven challenging holes. Do not let the size intimidate you, as this course delivers many different tees that suit various skill levels. When you feel tired, you can relax a bit on the side at one of the various picnic areas available at the park.

Standing Rocks

This court is at the heart of Wisconsin, which delivers a fun challenge for players who are ready to conquer it.

Wooded areas and hills sprawl along the huge 33-hole course. It has attracted many guests every year, especially campers from the Portage County park system.

Do you prefer nature? Do you love throwing things at objects? If so, this spot is for you. Well-manicured and maintained professional-level course located outside of downtown Siren. It is an actual championship-level course, and I am happy to spend time at Tjader Acres.

The course is an excellent mix of more open bombers and tight technical lines. 

The use of elevation and the floating basket delivers a lot of interesting shots. If you love playing disc golf, check it out. You will not be disappointed!

Jolley’s Ranch

Jolley’s Ranch is a beautiful canyon park that is nestled in Hobble Creek Canyon. The gorgeous 360-acre camping ground is seven miles from I-15 in Hobble Creek Canyon. 

It features nearly 60 campsites, and each includes a picnic table, fire pit, and barbecue brazier. Most campsites have electricity, and all are equipped with water hookups. 

The campground has two sets of restrooms, which feature flush toilets and running water in sinks. There are no sewage disposal facilities or showers.

Roots DGC

This course is nestled in the Root River Parkway near the Oak Leaf Trail. It can be a bit hard to find for the first time. The course is run by a dedicated volunteer group, which made many improvements.

There is a lot of TLC from the volunteers here. Hence, ensure to clean up after playing to keep this course beautiful.

Also, when throwing, you can take a quick look at wildlife. A doe is living here with her two fawns that are regularly spotted on the course.

Wilderness

Wilderness Campground is specially designed to provide camping families with a clean, safe, and fun environment to enjoy with their family members, friends, and loved ones.

It is nestled between three beautiful lakes. Whether your camping style is a pop-up, tent camping, RV camping, or travel trailer, this area features camping sites to fit all needs! It is a great, perfect place to make memorable camping and, of course, exciting disc golf rounds.

Blueberry Hill

Blueberry Hill Resort is an excellent relaxing place to stay, whether you are keen on a hunting and fishing adventure, a fun family retreat, or a disc golf practice session.

Blueberry Hill is a four-season resort with excellent summer swimming, fishing, hiking, and boating, and great ice fishing or winter snowmobiling! 

It has a game room and playground for the kids, a fish house, and a spacious dock area where visitors can clean their day’s catch.

Vending machines (snacks, pop, and candy) are also available and located by the bathrooms. All accommodations have dishes, bed linens, pans and pots, a coffee pot, a microwave oven, AM/FM clock radio, and more.
